Chipotle Lime Mexican Spice Blend

Rich, smoky Mexican blend of flavours that are perfect for pork, beef, chicken marinades, zesty ceviche or lime mayonnaise. Also adds great flavour to bean and legume vegetarian dishes. Mix a little with butter and lime juice to spread onto corn on the cob.

As a guide use 1 teaspoon to 500 grams of protein to taste.
