Mediterranean Lemon Herb Fish Rub

Use to create Mediterranean flavours for fish or shellfish, grilled or roasted vegetables, seafood stews and soup. Use it as a rub, and also great for sautéing, grilling, broiling, baking, steaming or quick pan searing.

As a guide use 1 teaspoon to 500 grams of protein to taste.

Ingredients: Australian Sea Salt, Lemon Myrtle, Lemon Peel (12%), Garlic, Ginger, Basil, Celery Seed, Sumac, Australian Caster Sugar, Coriander, Black Pepper, Dill, Mustard Seed, Fennel.
