The classic flavour of an Aussie roast in an easy-to-use, versatile blend. Perfect for lamb, chicken, roast beef, roast potatoes or other root vegetables. Delicious as a marinade with a squeeze of lemon juice.

As a guide use 1 teaspoon to 500 grams of protein to taste.
