Authentic aromatic spice blend for baking gingerbread biscuits, cookies or a gingerbread house. Great in ginger cakes or muffins, as well as gingerbread-spiced lattes. Can also be used as a savoury blend for meats, pumpkin soup and marinades.
As a guide use 1/2-1 teaspoon per cup.
Ingredients: Ginger, Cinnamon, Allspice, Nutmeg, Cloves, Mace, White Pepper, Orange Peel, Coriander, Black Pepper.
