Cajun Creole Spice Mix

Create authentic Creole Cuisine including Jambalaya, Cajun BBQ and blackened dishes with this spicy and hot blend. Spice up a potato salad, mix into burgers or eggs, or sprinkle on seafood. Can also add 1 tablespoon of mix to 1 cup sour cream, yoghurt or any cooked mashed vegetables for a spicy dip.

As a guide use 1 tablespoon to 500 grams of protein to taste.

Ingredients: Chilli Powder, Onion, Garlic, Paprika, Cumin, Parsley, Cilantro, Pepper, Cayenne.
