Fajita Mexican Spice Blend

This smoky Mexican spice blend is a favourite in bean, chicken or beef fajitas. Add to honey-garlic or BBQ ribs, fried chicken or charred prawns with lime. Add a rich, smoky flavour to any BBQ sauce.

As a guide use 1 teaspoon to 500 grams of protein to taste.

Ingredients: Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Cumin, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Australian Sea Salt, Oregano, Chipotle, Persian Lime, Ginger.
