Italian Pesto Spice Mix

This family-friendly favourite blend of classic Italian flavours is perfect added to pasta sauce, pizza toppings, bruschetta, grilled mushroom pesto, mini quiches, cream cheese, goat's cheese tartlets, your favourite cheese, prosciutto, asparagus or sundried tomato twists, vinegarette or salad dressings, or to roast chicken. Can also add 1 tablespoon of mix to 1 cup sour cream, yoghurt or any cooked mashed vegetables for a popular dip.

As a guide use 1 tablespoon to 500 grams of protein to taste.
